1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SimplifyPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SimplifyPro provides a trading indicator for use on the TradingView platform. The indicator generates buy and sell signals based on technical analysis. SimplifyPro is a tool, not financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Subscription and Payment
SimplifyPro offers two subscription plans: Monthly at $49/month and Annual at $349/year. All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. You will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
5. TradingView Access
Access to the SimplifyPro indicator on TradingView is granted via invite-only permissions. After subscribing, an administrator will manually grant you access within 12 hours. You must provide your TradingView username during signup.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the security of your account, not share your TradingView access with third parties, and use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any trading signals generated by the indicator.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SimplifyPro, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use SimplifyPro. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and to engage in trading activities in your jurisdiction.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. If you are accessing the Service from outside France, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
12. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@simplifypro.com. If you have actively used the Service during the withdrawal period, a proportional amount may be charged for the service received. This right of withdrawal does not apply to the free trial period.
