We collect the following personal information when you create an account or subscribe to SimplifyPro: your name, email address, and TradingView username. Payment information (credit card details) is collected and processed securely by Stripe — we never store your payment details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and maintain the Service, process payments and manage subscriptions, grant access to the TradingView indicator, send transactional emails (subscription confirmations, receipts, access notifications), and improve the Service through anonymized analytics.
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only with the following trusted third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, and PostHog for anonymized product analytics. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us at support@simplifypro.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how users interact with our platform. PostHog may use cookies or similar technologies to collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings.

8. GDPR Compliance (European Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data may be transferred to third-party processors located outside the EEA (Stripe in the USA, Resend in the USA, PostHog in the USA). These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 12 months to comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting) and to resolve disputes. Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their own retention policy.
